Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Certain health and personal care items

Return Requirements

To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • Approved refunds will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
  • Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
    • Books with obvious signs of use
    • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
    • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error
    • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time for your refund to be officially posted).
  3. Contact your bank (there may be processing delays).

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at [email protected] and send your item to:

Gift Returns

  • If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
